3.99%, sodium erythorbate 0.8% not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon
dioxide added as an anti-caking.
Wild River Trout Brine:
Salt, brown sugar, honey powder (honey, moltodextrin),
sodium nitrite 3.99%, sodium erythorbate 0.8%, caramel color. Not more
than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide added for processing.
Game Bird or Poultry Brine: Salt, sugar, brown sugar, sodium
nitrite (.85%), maple syrup, caramel color, and less than 2% glycerine
added to prevent caking
