CRISP & SPICY CHICKEN BREASTS

* 6 boneless chicken breasts
* 2 egg whites
* 2 T. milk
* 2 T. chopped parsley
* 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 t. garlic powder
* 1/4 t. pepper
* 1 t. salt
* 1/4 t. paprika
* 1 or 2 t. Cajun Bacon Sprinkle to taste


Mix eggs and milk in small bowl. Combine next 7 ingredients in large bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with dry mixture. Smoke-cook 2 1/2 hours at 200 F until the internal temperature reaches 180 F.
