Hi Mountain Dip Mix Instructions
Creamy Chipotle:
Combine seasoning
packet with: 8ozs. Softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, ¼ cup water, blend
mixture until smooth. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Cucumber:
Combine seasoning
packet with: 8ozs. Softened cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, ¼ cup water. Cover & refrigerate
for 1 hour before serving.
Guacamole:
Combine seasoning packet with: 3 Tablespoons
water (allow to stand 15 min.) Halve 2-3 avocados, remove the pits
and scoop pulp into a bowl. Add seasoning to the pulp. Mash with a
fork until pulp is mostly smooth and seasoning is well blended. Cover
and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
Salsa:
Combine seasoning packet
with: ¾ cup
water, 1 28oz. can of crushed tomatoes. For a spicier version, substitute
canned diced tomatoes for crushed tomatoes and omit the water.
Spinach & Artichoke:
Combine
seasoning packet with: 8ozs. cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, ¼ cup milk.
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove & stir. Heat an additional
minute. Stir & serve. (microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking times
accordingly).
Sun Dried Tomato Pesto:
Combine
seasoning packet with: 4ozs. Softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream,
2 tablespoons water. Blend mixture until smooth. Cover & refrigerate
for 1 hour before serving.
