HI MOUNTAIN MEATBALLS

Preheat smoker to 250 F.
* 1 lb. hamburger
* 1 med. bell pepper (diced)
* 1 med. onion (diced)
* 1 stalk celery (diced)
* 1 can whole tomatoes
* 1 T. Heinz 57 Sauce or A-1
* 1 egg
* 1t. Hi Mountain Cajun Bacon Sprinkles
* 1t. Western Sizzle Steak Seasoning
* 1t. black pepper
* 1 1/2 pkgs. Saltine crackers (crushed)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into a ball the size of a tennis ball. Flatten slightly. Cook for 2 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 F.
Serve with Honey Glazed Catsup or smother with warm Apple Butter.
