BEEF JERKY IMPROVED

* 1 Cup original recipe cure
* 1 table spoon of Cookies Flavor Enhancer
* 1 table spoon of Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning.

Blend these 3 ingredients. Now mix 3 table spoons of above blend and 1 table spoon of HMJ original seasoning. Pour into shaker bottle that comes with the kit.
Apply to both sides of beef slices. Stack slices in a pile . Wrap in plastic wrap. Let cure in refrigerator for 24 hours. Dry in dehydrator.
