SEAFOOD LASAGNA ROLL-UPS
* 6 Lasagna noodles
* 1-15 oz can Italian style tomato sauce or alfredo
* 1-8 oz package crab meat
* 1 c. cottage cheese
* 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
* 1 egg
* 1 tbsp. Parsley
* 1-2 tbsp. Hi Mountain Gourmet Fish Seasoning
Cook noodles. Rinse in cold water; drain well. Combine filling ingredients
w/fork. Spread 1/3 c. filling on each noodle. Roll tightly. Place seam
side down or stand on end in 8 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over roll-ups
and bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with extra
grated Parmesan cheese.
