CAJUN BLACKENED PRIME RIB

* Heat a cast iron skillet to very hot. Brush lightly with olive oil.
* Slice Prime Rib to desired thickness, sprinkle with Cajun Bacon Sprinkle
* Put in skillet 20-30 seconds, turn and repeat
* Serve with sour cream horseradish (2/3 sour cream, 1/3 creamed horseradish)
