Sausage Seasoning Kits

Cure:

Salt, sugar, brown sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), maple syrup, caramel color, and less than 2% glycerine added to prevent caking

Summer Sausage Seasoning: 

47.5% corn syrup solids, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate, 0.05% mustard seed, and less than 1% vegetable oil added to prevent caking

German Sausage Seasoning:

Dextrose, salt, sugar, white and black pepper, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, spice extracts and less than 1% vegetable oil added to prevent caking

Polish Sausage Seasoning:

47.06% corn syrup solids, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, and less than 1% vegetable oil added to prevent caking

Bratwurst Sausage Seasoning:

Salt, spices (white pepper, coriander, thyme, nutmeg, savory), and extractives of clove.  BHA ((0.088%), propel gallate (0.030%), citric acid (0.028%) added to protect flavor

Bologna Sausage Seasoning:

Corn Syrup Solids, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oil, Ascorbic Acid (0.18%).

Italian Sausage Seasoning:

Salt, spices (including fennel, red pepper, anise), monosodium glutamate, sugar, spice extractives.

BREAKFAST SAUSAGE SEASONING:

Original Mountain Man Breakfast Sausage Seasoning:salt, dextrose, sugar, monosodium glutamate (4.71%), black pepper, red pepper, spice extractives, BHA (0.079%), propyl gallate (0.031%), and Citric acid (0.018%) added to protect flavor

Prairie Sage Breakfast Sausage Seasoning:

Salt, red pepper, sage, sugar, black pepper, spice extractives, BHA (0.048%), propyl gallate (0.019%), and citric acid (0.01%) added to protect flavor

Maple Breakfast Sausage Seasoning:

Sugar, salt, maltodextrin, natural flavors, spices and not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide to prevent caking
