BEEF STROGANOFF

* 2 lb. ground red meat
* 2 T. Western Sizzle Hickory Burger Seasoning
* 2 medium onions, chopped
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 small can of mushrooms, drained
* 1 c. bouillon
* 1 1/2 c sour cream

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add Western Sizzle Hickory Burger Seasoning, onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Sautee until onions are opaque. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and slow cook 4-6 hours. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
